US footy fans will be in for a treat at Fort Dix on August 23.
Fort Dix has been named as the venue which will host the American National Rugby League’s 2008 National Championship Final on Saturday, August 23.


Fort Dix has been named as the venue which will host the American National Rugby League’s 2008 National Championship Final on Saturday, August 23.

The National Championship Final will be the main event as part of a festival of rugby league saluting US military personnel.

Scheduled games include the AMNRL Final XI at 4pm along and an AMNRL Allstar squad taking on  the Auckland Metropolitan Police Team from New Zealand at 2pm

The  AMNRL Cup Final X in 2007 was decided in the final  minutes with the Connecticut Wildcats defeating the Aston Bulls of Pennsylvania  by 22-18 at Hodges Stadium at the University of North Florida in Jacksonville.
